This Saturday, September 24, is the first installment of our Market to Plate cooking demonstrations featuring popular area chefs and, of course, fresh, locally grown produce from our vendors. Market Manager Ken Myer, still daydreaming about that Tesla Model S he test drove last week, is our first guest chef. Ken enjoyed a long culinary career as an executive chef, restaurant manager, and owner at 5-star venues across Pennsylvania, Vermont, and New York. He’ll be whipping up something delicious for market-goers at 10:00, 10:30, and 11:00 AM next to Solstice Hill Farms. Stop by the market table if you need help finding the location.
